Firefighters and forestry officials make progress on putting out the Honey Prairie Fire

Nearly one month ago (April 28th) lightning started the Honey Prairie fire in the Okeefenokee Swamp in Georgia. Over the following weeks the fire grew to more than 148,000 acres. Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM’s Samantha Taub reports, since then, firefighters and forestry officials have made progress on containment of the huge blaze.
