BP is filing several lawsuits against several partners, including Transocean, Halliburton and Cameron International. The claims come at the one-year anniversary of the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig in the gulf of Mexico, and the subsequent oil spill which became the worst in U.S. history. Chris Peralta spoke with University of Florida Law professor Jon Mills about the legal implications of the lawsuits, and about what BP might be looking for in court.
