Louis Perdrier Brut
First Course:
Jumbo lump crab, goat cheese and fresh basil pot de crème with grilled country bread crouton and pistachio coulis.
Arcadian Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay
Second Course:
Wild mushroom, grape tomato and blue cheese tart with artisan greens, rosemary oil and crispy bacon.
Biale Black Chicken Zinfandel
Third Course:
Braised Tomahawk prime beef short rib with Boursin cheese polenta, roasted Brussels sprouts and a charred tomato, white truffle and thyme reduction.
Peju Napa Valley Cabernet
Fourth Course:
Dark chocolate pâté with fresh raspberries and white chocolate whipped cream.
