Lost-then-found goat finally goes to a good home

The owner-less goat found in the road went to a good home on Friday morning thanks to an adoption auction held by the Alachua County Sheriff’s Office.

A vagrant goat found wandering the roads of Alachua County will be given away Friday in a free adoption event. The Alachua County Sherriff’s office, in the meantime, has been housing the goat.
