Levy County awaits power plant license as Florida’s Supreme Court reviews Florida’s Energy Act

As a law allowing utilities to charge customers in advance for the construction of nuclear power plants is under review, the Levy County waits for approval from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for a license to build a nuclear power plant.
