Experts on Chechnya discuss suspect’s background

Officials are searching for the suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings that took place earlier this week. The two brothers, one dead, who are suspected of the crime are said to be from Chechnya, a controlled state of Russia. Two experts from the University of Florida discuss what this background means to the investigation.
