Duke Energy is closing its Crystal River Nuclear Plant after a crack in one of its buildings was discovered in 2009.
Hearing discusses nuclear plant licenses

A nuclear power plant license will be the discussion of a hearing Wednesday after two advocacy groups have contested the licenses. An expert review board will review the arguments and previous reviews of the application for nuclear reactor licenses.
