Christian Aguilar honored at memorial service

The search for University of Florida student Christian Aguilar has ended and a memorial service was held Monday at the St. Augustine Church. UF President Bernie Machen spoke at the event, along with the vice president for student affairs and the dean of the College of Engineering.

There will be a memorial service tonight at 7 p.m. for missing UF student Christian Aguilar at St. Augustine Catholic Church.

Ron Kozlowski, attorney for Pedro Bravo, said it is premature to talk about his client’s case proceedings. Bravo remains in jail without bail, charged with the murder of missing UF student Christian Aguilar.
Missing Gainesville woman OK

The 46-year-old woman whom Gainesville Police were searching for has been found. She is currently in the hospital with no memory of the events that transpired after she left her home Tuesday for a doctor’s appointment.
