Murderer of 9-Year-Old to be Executed Wednesday

Juan Carlos Chavez’s execution by lethal injection is to be held on Wednesday after being convicted of murdering 9-year-old Samuel James “Jimmy” Ryce in1995. A controversial cocktail of drugs will be administered.

Florida bill modernizes divorce through capped alimony, equal custody

A passed Senate Bill will limit the amount of alimony a spouse can collect through divorce and suggest equal time-sharing as the child custody standard. Provisions will go into effect July 1.

New Florida law provides medical amnesty in drug overdose cases
