As the 20th anniversary of Hurricane Andrew approaches, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration today discussed the experience of forecasting Hurricane Andrew and the advances in forecasting since 1992. Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM’s Denise Toledo has more.
