Wanted Man Arrested At Red Roof Inn

Kody Carr was arrested at Red Roof Inn in Gainesville on Sunday night. The Dixie County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the Gainesville Police Department, which was also seeking the suspect for recent burglaries.

Paid advertisement websites are asking for personal information to help people apply for public assistance benefits. However, The Department of Children and families said applying is free, and the websites could be a scam to acquire personal information.
