UF Archaeologist Discovered 17th Century Mission Church

Researchers have found a church in St. Augustine that is believed to be part of the Nombre De Dios Mission, which was the longest lasting mission in the Southeast dating back to 1587.

Giant snake fossils come to UF museum

A giant snake fossil, named Titanoboa, will be on exhibit starting Jan. 26. The fossil comes from Colombia and was discovered in part by University of Florida researchers.
