Local Homeless Population Braves Cold Weather Outdoors

Individuals living in tents outside of Grace Marketplace burn twigs and hang sheets to stay warm as the temperatures drop. Grace Marketplace does allow tent residents to stay indoors during nights below 45 degrees.
