Pope John Paul II Catholic School, the only catholic school in Citrus County, could be shut down this June because of its failure to meet the diocese’s benchmarks for enrollment and renovations.
While speaking to the College of Cardinals the morning of Feb. 11, Pope Benedict XVI announced his resignation, citing health reasons that limit his abilities.
