Judge Denise Ferrero held a case management hearing Tuesday in the ongoing Pedro Bravo case. More delays were announced.
About half the evidence has been processed in the Christian Aguilar murder case, including items found in defendant Pedro Bravo’s car, according to Assistant State Attorney Brian Kramer.
“We’re pressuring. We are ready. We’re telling the community that we’re ready to start the trial,” said Carlos Aguilar, Christian Aguilar’s father, after Pedro Bravo’s third case management court appearance.
Christian Aguilar’s parents traveled from South Florida to Gainesville Tuesday for the case management hearing in the death of their son.
The search for University of Florida student Christian Aguilar has ended and a memorial service was held Monday at the St. Augustine Church. UF President Bernie Machen spoke at the event, along with the vice president for student affairs and the dean of the College of Engineering.
