Florida voting law changes cause ballot problems

Professors from the University of Florida and Dartmouth have published research based on recent voting law changes in Florida. In addition to issues with absentee ballots, many organizations are calling on government to make changes to these laws and Gov. Rick Scott is standing by them.
Alachua County begins processing absentee ballots

The Alachua County Supervisor of Elections office has received more than 30,000 requests for absentee ballots. The Canvassing Board reviews these requests and has already returned more than 11,000.
