‘Motel surgeon’ arrested again for silicone injections, deputies say – Deputies say Calvin Edward Butler, 44, a Pahokee man known as “Tamieka,” injected at least three people with silicone, aiming to increase the size of their buttocks, and then sealed the injection sites with Krazy Glue.
