Groups drop challenge over Fla. election rules – A court case over the way the state was handling a 2011 election law ended last week after a federal court in Washington, D.C., signed off on one of the changes. Two nonpartisan groups and a Democratic state senator had brought the administrative law case, which is just one of the cases challenging Florida’s election rules.
