Juvenile crime down in Florida

NFRMC in an expansion phase

Scheduled to begin in September, North Florida Regional Medical Center will expand its facilities. The project is being funded by corporate money and will include expansion of the Heart and Vascular Center. The 58 million dollar project will also include a patient tower addition and employ 800 new personnel.

Sheriff gets recognition for looking out for animals

Alachua County Sheriff Sadie Darnell and her Rural Services Unit will be awarded for the implementation of an animal protection unit this Saturday.
