Four new meningitis cases confirmed in Florida, 3 in Marion County

Florida health officials have confirmed four new meningitis cases in the state. There have been 17 confirmed cases in Florida, 13 of which are in Marion County.

Ben Hill Griffin Stadium wall to be repaired by UF-South Carolina game, official says

Projections show increased crops and lower prices this year for citrus

SAT scores in Alachua County second-highest in state

Alachua County schools rose in rankings this year, coming in second to Washington County, whose eight students who took the SAT, had the highest overall average score.

Missing Gainesville woman OK

The 46-year-old woman whom Gainesville Police were searching for has been found. She is currently in the hospital with no memory of the events that transpired after she left her home Tuesday for a doctor’s appointment.
