Florida’s Animal Shelter Public Record Law Still All Bark, No Bite

Not all counties are complying with a recent Florida law that requires animal shelter adoption, intake and euthanasia information to be accessible to the public. Under the current law, there are no penalties for not making the information public.

Florida Senate Bill Could Require High Schools To Offer College Prep Class

A new Florida Senate bill would require all Florida high schools to provide a college and career readiness class. If passed, students will be required to take an career interest exam to better plan their high school curriculum.
