Gator Fans Refunded For Two Home Games

UF Stadium, The Swamp
University of Florida's Ben Hill Griffin Stadium

Following the loss of two home football games this season due to schedule changes, Gator football fans can receive refunds for their tickets for the LSU and Presbyterian games.

It was announced Thursday that the Gators' game against LSU, originally scheduled for Oct. 8 in Gainesville and postponed due to Hurricane Matthew, was rescheduled for Nov. 19 in Baton Rouge. Therefore UF's game against Presbyterian scheduled for the same day was cancelled.

Gator fans can request a refund for both games through the Gator Ticket Office or online here.

Season ticket holders can have the money applied toward 2017 season tickets, or can request a refund.

The deadline to request a refund is Friday, Oct. 28.

University of Florida students will receive a refund for both games back to the payment type used to purchase their season tickets. Information about the refund will be sent to students, according to a statement from the University Athletic Association.
