  • During this year’s FCAT testing, fifth- and sixth-graders as well as ninth-graders will be using computers for testing.
  • The Boston Marathon’s bombing suspect is being questioned by FBI investigators. The answers are mostly in writing due to a gunshot wound to the suspect’s throat in a possible attempted suicide before capture.
  • China relief crews are distributing supplies to earthquake victims in the Sichuan Province two days after a quake that killed at least 188 people and injured more than 11,000.
  • Protestors gathered in New Delhi, India asking for the resignation of the Delhi police chief following the rape of a 5-year-old girl in the city. Media outlets reported several other attacks of children over the weekend. Protestors believe the police should have prevented these crimes and have failed to do so because of corruption.
