  • Kim Jong Un visited a military facility in disputed waters near South Korea Monday, saying war could break out at any moment, according to North Korean state media.
  • Kayaker David Alvarez arrived in Key West, Fla., on Saturday after paddling from Minnesota’s Northwest Angle for 4,000 miles in his 17-foot kayak.
