GRU solar program allows cuts in energy costs, and may even pay you

The price of installing solar panels has decreased significantly, and for those who can afford the initial investment, the savings add up fast. WUFT’s Tondrea Haddly takes a look at the program GRU operates for rebates and solar feed-in tariffs.
