With summer travel around the corner, gas prices showing hope
For the first time this year, motorists are paying less at the pump than at this time last year- an average of $3.80 per gallon. AAA South Senior Motor Club Manager John Albright says this decrease will have a direct effect on summer travelers.
Albright says motorists should check their car’s tire pressure and take out extra weight in the truck to help conserve gas.
