Even though the latest national surveys show gas prices dropping, most  people these days still wince at how much it costs to fill up the tank.   Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM’s Dana Kurtz talked with some people who have ideas on how to keep your car at top efficiency–or how to avoid buying gas altogether
