No grand jury for Trayvon Martin case

Authorities say gunfire knocked out a window on a police cruiser parked near the town home community where Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman. This comes a day after special prosecutor to the case, Angela Corey, decided that she will be the one to determine the fate of charging Zimmerman with the shooting - and not a Grand Jury. Florida's 89.1, WUFT-FM's Marc Whiteman spoke with University of Florida Levin College of Law Professor Michelle Jacobs who says Corey's decision to not bring the case forward to a Grand Jury should not yet be seen as negative, as the investigation and fact gathering is still ongoing.  Related tv news clip is from "WUFT NEWS First at Five" on WUFT-TV.
