A man will now spend his life in prison for the kidnapping and rape of a University of Florida student in 1990. State Attorneys Office of the 8th Judicial Circuit Chief Investigator Spencer Mann says 50-year old Kelvin Miles has been convicted for two consecutive life terms.

He says Miles will be transported to the Florida Department of Corrections, where he will spend the rest of his natural life.
