Local St. Patrick’s Catholic Church celebrates patron saint’s feast day
As St. Patrick’s Day is celebrated throughout the world, locally, St. Patrick’s Parish in Gainesville is also planning celebrations. Florida’s 89.1, WUFT-FM’s Chris Peralta spoke with St. Patrick’s Church Pastor Roland Julian about the holiday, what it means in the Catholic faith, and how the church will celebrate the feast of its patron saint.
