Does a good night’s sleep always mean 8 hours?


You’ve received the advice at one point or another- make sure you get 8 hours of sleep a night. But as you settle in to bed tonight, Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM’s Jillian de Montluzin says you may want to keep the Sandman away.
