Working to make memorial scholarship permanent

A scholarship honoring two University of Florida graduate students is moving towards permanence. Counselor education students David and Brian Marshall died in a car accident in 2006. Their mother Esther Marshall says her sons always wanted to help people.

College of Education officials say they haven’t yet raised enough money to make the endowment permanent.
