Smart shopping series: One person’s “last season” is another one’s “trend”

The holiday shopping season is an expensive time of the year for many Americans. WUFT-FM begins a look at some smart shopping options today. Shelby Vest says consignment stores will give back to you with cash for your clothes, while giving you breaks on new purchases as well.
