Serious injuries from three car crash

A three car crash in Union County has left two people with serious injuries.  The Florida Highway Patrol says Lake Butler resident Cailyn Stalnaker was driving eastbound on State Road 100 around 7:45 this morning and slowed to make a left turn on County Road 237.  Lake City resident Harlos Deon Thomas was driving behind Stalnaker and failed to stop in time, striking her car from behind.  The impact pushed her car into the intersection where it collided head-on with a car driven by Hawthorne resident Daniel Dobrian.  Dobrian and Thomas sustained serious injuries and Stalnaker sustained minor injuries.  All three were transported to Shands UF and the FHP will pursue careless driving charges.
