New Ocala parking proposal could bring several changes

Ocala’s Municipal Development Executive Director Marc Mondell says the city’s new parking enforcement  proposal will come before the city council on December 20th. Among other things it will change first time parking offenses to warnings rather than tickets and no longer allow shuffling between parking spaces when time expires.
