With graduation this weekend at the University of Florida, many students will be ready to join the work force, but not all graduates will follow the “traditional” path.  As WUFT-FM’s Shauna Mackey and Ricki Albritton report, there are many paths these students can follow after their walk across the stage.

Oak View Band Director Named Alachua County Teacher of the Year

Lori Pirzer, band director at Oak View Middle School, was named Alachua County's 2016 Teacher of the Year Thursday night. Pirzer will go on to represent Alachua County in the statewide competition for Florida's 2017 Teacher of the Year.
