Marion county students gain understanding of 9/11

The September 11th terrorist attacks of 2001 remain a vivid memory for most Americans. As Florida’s 89.1, WUFT-FM’s Paula Cunniffe reports….one group of high school students in Marion County found a unique way to gain a deeper understanding of how the event affected Americans.

Concealed Weapons May Be Allowed On College Campuses

Concealed weapons are prohibited on college campuses by state law. The Florida House Criminal Justice Committee meets Tuesday to consider allowing concealed-carry permit holders to carry concealed guns on campus.
