Florida Education Association files lawsuit against new pension plan

Many teachers and public employees are outraged by a new pension plan law…just a handful of them filing suit Monday in Tallahasse to try and stop the changes. As Florida’s 89.1 WUFT-FM’s Kelsey Peck reports, one teacher calls the new law unconstitutional.
