Florida is launching a one-billion dollar federally funded effort to help struggling homeowners keep their homes. As Florida’s 89.1 WUFT– FM’s Juliza Monterroso reports, under the Florida Hardest-Hit Fund housing assistance program, homeowners may see a light at the end of the tunnel.
