On February 2nd, Alachua County residents are invited to see an advanced screening of the 3-D epic underwater adventure “Sanctum,” from famous executive movie producer James Cameron, known for “Avatar” and the “Titanic.” It will be shown in Real-D 3-D to a select audience in Gainesville, Florida, as a benefit to save Florida’s imperiled springs and honor the work of the late Wes Skiles. Florida’s 89.1, WUFT-FM’s Sascha Cordner spoke with friend of Wes Skiles, Ross Ambrose, who shares what the movie is about and how it supports Florida’s springs.
