As of 10:15 p.m., only Amendments 2, 9 and 11 still claimed more than 60 percent of the votes on their respective measures, according to the Florida Department of State Division of Elections.
Sixty percent of votes cast for a measure are required for a Florida state constitution amendment to pass.
