Here's how our secure site works: After you've decided what level of donation you wish to send WUFT and what gift, if any, you wish to receive in return, you will be transferred to a secure web page where you will enter information, including your name, address, credit card number, etc. That page works from a server computer that resides right here in our WUFT broadcast headquarters at the University of Florida. After you complete the information page, the computer automatically sends your information to our Membership Manager, Debbie Booth, who double-checks the information and proceeds to enter the transaction just as she would any other.
The process is a simple one for you (fill out the form and sit back and wait for your thank you gift), but on our end we make sure your personal information is checked by a real live person instead of just sending it from computer to computer to computer.
